Howarth Plastic Surgery Shop currently ships to U.S. addresses available at checkout. Standard shipping is free on eligible retail orders; no minimum purchase is required.

Order preparation and delivery estimates

In-stock orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3 business days. After dispatch, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; weekends, holidays, weather, carrier operations, and address issues can affect delivery.

Order updates and tracking

We will send order updates using the contact details provided at checkout. When carrier tracking is available, it will be included with the shipment update. You can enter that tracking number on Order Tracking.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact the practice promptly if an address needs to change or you need to cancel. We can consider requests only before an order has been dispatched; we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once fulfillment has begun.

Delays, lost, or damaged shipments

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped item for a refund. If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos so we can review the order and carrier information.
